How do our shipments work?
We offer several shipping options, which you can check before completing your purchase. You can do this once you have chosen your items and added the shipping address. You will also see the costs and the estimated delivery time.
- These costs are determined by the size, weight and quantity of the products, as well as the shipping address.
- Delivery times are calculated based on product availability, postal code, weight, dimensions and size of the products, whether it is a partial or complete delivery, and the load capacity of the transport company. It is important to note that the delivery time is approximate.
How does our furniture assembly service work?
- It is carried out through companies specialized in furniture transportation.
- You will have the option to select this procedure whenever your furniture needs to be assembled and you want us to do it for you.
- For your safety, two people will take them to your home.
- An appointment will be scheduled with the transport company at least 1 week before delivery of the order.
- Delivery inside your home, in the room you indicate to us.
- Includes unpacking of all items included in your order, as well as the collection of packaging materials (boxes, cardboard, plastic, etc.).
- It includes the installation of products that require it, excluding the installation of mirrors, pictures or headboards on the wall, as well as the electrical connection of lamps or wall lights. For safety reasons, no holes will be made in the walls or ceiling.
- Deliveries from Monday to Friday.
- As long as the item is in stock, the estimated delivery time for the Iberian Peninsula is 10 to 15 business days.
- The cost varies depending on the number of products in the order that require assembly.
Please note! During delivery, please check the condition of the items, if possible, and that the number of packages delivered matches what is indicated on the transport document. If you find any problems when checking the products, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange the return. The full refund of the product amount will be made once the condition of the product is confirmed by the transport agency, this may take 3 to 5 days.
What if I no longer want my old furniture?
If it only needs to be removed, there is no additional cost. If it needs to be dismantled (we also remove it and deposit it in appropriate recycling containers) there is an additional cost of €69.
How to process a return and refund?
Clisiko products contain information regarding the return of the same in their description. There will be two return options, *free return* and the one that will be * assumed by the customer*, this option will depend on the volume and characteristics of the product in question. The maximum return period for any of our products is 30 days from the date of delivery and receipt of the same.
